We loved this hotel's central location near the lake and right in the heart of the city. It was just away from the main street but close to everything. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean, and the breakfast was good.

It's located near the lake and close to all the attractions. the rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms equipped with cosmetics. the staff is friendly and welcoming, offering suggestions for local tours and activities. the breakfast includes a variety of tasty soups and excellent coffee and juices.

The check-out time may be a bit early for some guests, which could interrupt late sleeping plans.

My stay at Sapa Memory was fantastic! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with modern furniture and decor. The bed was not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The shower was not contained in a separate space, so it was easy to get the bathroom floor wet.

We had a really comfortable stay here. the bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! the shower was also lovely. the owner was really nice and accommodating to us. When we had already checked out, he let us store our luggage for the day and even allowed us to wait in the lobby for an hour for our minivan to Lao Cai.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived , there was a dirty toilet seat and some dirty glasses on the basin.
